TaskBridging is a Bucharest-based software studio that builds and operates focused digital products for businesses, from workflow automation to industry-specific platforms.

TaskBridge is the platform behind the brand: a platform for AI products and services built and operated by SINA FINANCIAL WELLNESS SRL. Products on the platform are delivered to business clients under a signed Order Form and Data Processing Agreement.

TrustCall is the first product hosted on the TaskBridge platform. It helps businesses collect customer reviews and set meetings through short voice calls and, with the person's agreement, WhatsApp messages: eMAG marketplace sellers and service businesses collect feedback, and businesses such as course sellers schedule meetings with people who agreed to be called. Because of this, TrustCall requires an integration with WhatsApp, which we build only on the official WhatsApp Business Cloud API.

TaskBridge connects business WhatsApp conversations to task management. Incoming WhatsApp messages are classified by AI and turned into structured tasks (e.g., in Asana), so operations teams stop losing requests in chat. Built on the official WhatsApp Business Cloud API.

How we use WhatsApp responsibly

Our products use WhatsApp only in ways that follow Meta's rules, so that our clients' and buyers' conversations remain trusted and stable:

  • Official API only. All messaging goes through the WhatsApp Business Cloud API. We do not use unofficial tools, scraping or bulk-messaging software.
  • Permission first. A person is called only if they asked or agreed to be contacted, receives a WhatsApp message only after agreeing to it, and can reply STOP at any time.
  • Approved templates. Business-initiated messages use pre-approved Meta templates.
  • No unsolicited or bulk messaging. Messages are one-to-one and follow a real transaction, such as a delivered order.
  • Policy compliance. We follow the WhatsApp Business Policy and Business Messaging Policy and require our clients to do the same.
